May 2024.<\/p><p>In May 2024, overnight stays in hotel establishments increased by 11.1% as compared with the same month in 2023, reaching 35.7 million. The Hotel Price Index increased by 8.1%, and the average turnover per occupied room was 111.7 euros, up 9.2%. The main destinations for residents in Spain were Andaluc\u00eda, Catalu\u00f1a and the Valencia, while non-residents preferred the Balearic Islands, Catalu\u00f1a and the Canary Islands.
