Overnight stays by foreigners increased by 4.8%, while those by residents in Spain increased by 1.1%.<\/p><p>The number of travellers entering these establishments amounted to 1,255,744, 3.5% more than in 2023. Foreigners increased by 5.6% and residents in Spain decreased by 2.2%. The largest number of travellers are residents of Great Britain, followed by residents of Spain and residents of Germany.<\/p><p>The occupancy rate for rooms or flats was 78%. The island with the highest occupancy rate per room or flat was Lanzarote with 81.7%.<\/p><p>The average monthly room rate (ADR) was 118.6 euros per day.
