Their sensitivity to budget is also noticeable in how loyalty programme discounts are increasingly influencing their choice of hotel brand &#8211; 24% on average and 36% in the Spanish market &#8211; as well as preferring to travel with a flight+hotel+experiences package with all the options integrated to avoid surprises.<\/p><p>Esa reducci\u00f3n del gasto en alojamiento, la utiliza tambi\u00e9n para alargar su estancia. Sin embargo, en el viajero \u201ctodoterreno\u201d, el 86% est\u00e1 dispuesto a gastar m\u00e1s en extras que en su habitaci\u00f3n, siendo el desayuno, el aparcamiento y las vistas sus suplementos preferidos.Asimismo, el 70% asegura que est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar m\u00e1s por disfrutar de una experiencia respetuosa con el medioambiente -el 62% en el caso de los espa\u00f1oles-.<\/p><h6>Prioridad a las relaciones humanas<\/h6><p>El viajero espa\u00f1ol valora sobre todo las relaciones humanas, los servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, el personal del establecimiento y la comunicaci\u00f3n que le presta durante su estancia. De hecho el 60% decide regresar a un hotel por su experiencia personal previa. Se prefiere ser atendidos por personas, en general guiados mucho por el trato personal.
