Additionally, the confidence index for hotels shows a 1.73% increase compared to the same period in 2024, while the index for apartments decreases by 0.68%.<\/p><p>55% of hotel managers in the Canary Islands expect a favorable business outlook for the first quarter of 2025, while 6% see it as unfavorable. In non-hotel establishments, 54% anticipate a favorable outlook, with 4% expecting an unfavorable one.<\/p><p>Regarding key business climate factors, most managers from both sectors (77% for hotels and 91% for non-hotels) expect stability in employment, investment, prices, and revenue.
